In Gyula Hegedűs Street, close to the metro station on Dózsa György Street, a sunny, nice, renovated apartment is for rent.
There are two separate rooms in the apartment, they overlook the street. The kitchen and lobby overlook the courtyard. There is also a separate toilet, bathroom and storage room for the 60stfloor sublet. The whole apartment is very bright, it shines pleasantly in the sunlight at every time of day. Anyone who likes well-distributed, large spaces and bright places will not be disappointed. It also has a small balcony where you can sit out, for example, to drink your morning coffee.
The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional brick building. 3 years ago it was completely renovated, modern plastic openings have been installed, the bathroom has been renovated, cladding has been replaced everywhere. The heating is provided by convectors (they are also new). The apartment is completely mechanized, it has a fridge, washing machine, gas stove, oven, microwave.
The apartment is equipped with freshly purchased furniture. In the bedroom there is a large closet and a wide double bed, the living room also has a wardrobe, pull-out sofa mat and a table, while in the kitchen there is the usual kitchen furniture.
A quiet, wooded side street is located in the area, there is everything you need nearby, and you can easily reach the innermost part of the city in minutes. From the apartment you can walk down to the Danube Beach in a few minutes, close to St. Stephen's Park, Margaret Island and Bratislava Road, with its many small cafes and restaurants.
The metro station Dózsa György Út can be transported, where buses 15 and 115 stop, trolli 75 stops. The West is 10 minutes away. There are also bicycles for easy riding, there are several built-up wheel paths in the area, and there is a floodlit bike storage in the courtyard of the house. Most of the office buildings on Váci Street can be easily reached on foot or you only have to take 1-2 stops.
There are many shops nearby, there is a CBA across the street from the house, a few blocks away there is Aldi and 24/7. The market hall in Lehel Square and the Westend shopping centre are also close.
I'm looking for a reliable tenant who pays and looks after the apartment accurately. I think this apartment is perfect for two or three people. I'd like us to be able to communicate online and make a transfer. In return, I very rarely show up in person at the apartment. Pets and children are not possible.
